Banijay Asia (part of Banijay Entertainment) is led by CEO Deepak Dhar and NGE is helmed by veteran producer Sajid Nadiadwala. The alliance aims to create premium content for viewers in India and beyond. That gives it a total of $420 million since releasing on July 16. It is by far the biggest film of the summer season and has now become the fourth highest-grossing film of the year in China.
